Citrus’ Connected Accounts feature allows organizers to easily see what attendees are currently ‘Active Customers’. If a Contact and Attendee are Connected there will be a green check icon by their names. To be a 'Connected Account', participants must verify their emails. They do this with the promoted email that is sent to the email address they used during the registration process. 🔗
Benefits of Connected Accounts
The connected Account feature allows Citrus users to decide to share their information with your and other organizations. This means that existing Citrus users can easily join programs without re-entering all the same information required by youth programs, which creates a better user experience and helps to relieve the stress from the organizations on collecting and updating customer information.
