Managing your Feedback Schedule
- Go into your Citrus Settings.
- Click 'Manage how registrations work with events.'
- Edit your Feedback settings based on camp and session schedules.
How to find your Feedback Results
- Whenever someone submits feedback, you will receive a message in your inbox.
- Use the filter 'Feedback' to see all messages.
- Once the event is completed and the time you set within your settings has passed, you can look into the event registration and see the graph 'Satisfaction' for feedback results.
- Registration Reports
- You can once the event is completed and the time you set within your settings has passed. Open the event report by clicking 'View Report' and see the results under the 'Feedback' Column.
