Merging Attendees

Merging attendees transfer all memberships, registrations, session credits, notes, feedback and activities from one attendee to another. Non-connected accounts can only be merged with connected accounts or another non-connected account. 👤 ➡️ 👤

NOTE: When merging is complete, the account being merged from is permanently deleted, and once two accounts have been merged it cannot be undone.

Merging Attendees

Steps to Merege Attendees (from Dashboard)

  1. Click on Contacts on the lefthand panel
  2. Search for a contact, then click on the contact name
  3. In the Family members section click the three dots of an attendee
  4. Click Merge Attendee
  5. Select the account you want to merge into
  6. Click Merge Attendees
