When a customer accidentally registers for the wrong camp or session, you can simply transfer their registration to another camp or session! 📄👉📄
How to Transfer a Registration
- Go to your Events page
- Find the camp or session that your customer would like to be transferred out of
- Find the attendee's name and click the 3 dots on the right-hand side
- Click 'Transfer'
- Search for the camp or session that they would like to attend
- Click 'Transfer'
