Booking your appointments or 1on1 training sessions with your program is quick and easy. Here's how to get started!

Steps:

• Click on Individual Training at the top of the page
• Select the event you want to register for
• Choose the order option you want to register for
• Select a date and time that works for you
• Complete the registration
