Refunds can be made any way you like, including partial refunds. Simply enter the custom amount that you'd like to refund and you're done!
Here are a few simple steps to help you make a partial refund on an order
Steps:
- Select Financials on the lefthand panel
- Select the order you want to refund
- Click the Actions button at the top right corner
- Click Issue Refund
- Adjust the amount that you want to refund. For it to be a partial refund, it should be less than the total amount paid
- Select items on the order that you want to refund
- Review and complete the refund
