There are a few different ways to manage the memberships for your program. You can easily see all the details associated with memberships; this includes membership status, membership package, star date, next invoice date, attendee details, payment methods, orders and other memberships. 🔄

Viewing Memberships Details

  1. Click 'Financials'
  2. Select 'Memberships' at the top
  3. Click on the memberships you wish to view more details for
  4. Scroll down the 'Orders' section to view all orders associated with the membership

How to Update a Membership Package

  1. Click on 'Financials'
  2. Select the 'Membership' tab at the top
  3. Find the membership you want to update
  4. Click the three dots on the right-hand end of the membership
  5. Click 'Update Membership'

How to Cancel a Membership Package

  1. Click on 'Financials'
  2. Select the 'Membership' tab at the top
  3. Find the membership you want to update
  4. Click the three dots on the right-hand end of the membership
  5. Click 'Cancel'

NOTE: there are three different options for when the membership is cancelled

  1. Immediately: The membership will be immediately cancelled, and you can no longer receive payment
  2. At the end of the billing period: The membership will be scheduled to cancel at the end and will no longer receive payment after that point.
  3. On a custom date: The membership will be scheduled to cancel on a custom date of choice and will no longer receive payment after that point.
