Session credits allow customers to bulk pay for multiple sessions at a discounted rate! Every customer or attendee has an associated balance they can use or add to! 💰

Managing Session Credits

Adding Session Credits

  1. Click 'Contacts'
  2. Find the contact account you would like to add sessions to
  3. Click on the contacts name to see details
  4. Click 'View' to the right of Session Balance
  5. Click 'Add Credits'
  6. Fill out the necessary information
  7. Click 'Add Credits

Voiding Session Credits

  1. Click 'Contacts'
  2. Find the contact account you would like to add sessions to
  3. Click on the contacts name to see details
  4. Click 'View' to the right of Session Balance
  5. Click the three dots on the session credit
  6. Click 'Void Credits'

Un-voiding Session Credits

  1. Click 'Contacts'
  2. Find the contact account you would like to add sessions to
  3. Click on the contacts name to see details
  4. Click 'View' to the right of Session Balance
  5. Click the three dots on the session credit
  6. Click 'Undo Void'
