Session credits allow customers to bulk pay for multiple sessions at a discounted rate! Every customer or attendee has an associated balance they can use or add to! 💰
Adding Session Credits
- Click 'Contacts'
- Find the contact account you would like to add sessions to
- Click on the contacts name to see details
- Click 'View' to the right of Session Balance
- Click 'Add Credits'
- Fill out the necessary information
- Click 'Add Credits
Voiding Session Credits
- Click 'Contacts'
- Find the contact account you would like to add sessions to
- Click on the contacts name to see details
- Click 'View' to the right of Session Balance
- Click the three dots on the session credit
- Click 'Void Credits'
Un-voiding Session Credits
- Click 'Contacts'
- Find the contact account you would like to add sessions to
- Click on the contacts name to see details
- Click 'View' to the right of Session Balance
- Click the three dots on the session credit
- Click 'Undo Void'
