Resend an Order Email

There are a few ways to resend an order email to a customer. The first thing you need to know is that you can only resend an order email to a customer for a paid or partially paid order. 📬

Steps to resend order email (Orders Tab)

1. Click Financials on the lefthand panel
2. On the orders tab, click the triples got on a Paid or Partially Paid
3. Click Resend email

Steps to resend order email (Order Details Page)

1. Click Financials on the lefthand panel
2. On the orders tab, click on a Paid or Partially Paid order to view details
3. Click the Actions button located at the top right of the screen
4. Click on Resend email
